    Foot Health Is Good Health

  • Your foot is strong, flexible and functional, yet foot problems are among the most common health problems. The human foot is complex, containing 26 bones, 33 joints and a network of more than 100 tendons, muscles, ligaments, blood vessels and nerves. An average day of walking brings a force equal to several hundred tons to bear on your feet. That's why it is important to take good care of your feet, and to see your podiatrist if you are experiencing any foot or ankle pain.
