The following schedule is for American Heart Association PALS Courses being offered through United Hospital System at the Kenosha Medical Center campus.
Registration for all courses will be done by completing and
returning the attached Training Center Registration form with your
manager/director signature and copies of all applicable cards to the EMS Office
at KMCC at least 2 weeks prior to the course.
You will receive a confirmation letter with the details of course
information or notification by email that the course is full. Please submit a copy of your current PALS
Provider card (if renewal course), and a copy of your current BLS Healthcare
Provider card. When all information has
been received a seat in the PALS course will be reserved. Checks for course materials should be made
payable to KMCC EMS. When all

Course Fees: No tuition due for hospital employees. Tuition for 2 day Recognition course is $175.00
and 1 day Renewal course is $100.00.

ECC Handbook - $30.00
It is the responsibility of the student to come to the
course prepared by reading the
textbook, viewing the supplementary material on the www.heart.org/eccstudent website
with a passcode of palsprovider and
completing the pretest with a score of 84% or higher. Completion of a Basic EKG course is required
prior to PALS. Students will need to
purchase a book from the EMS Office or borrow a PALS book from the Medical Staff Library (KMCC) or Nursing Office
(SCMCC) and return upon completion of class.
